NeverBounce

NeverBounce verifies email addresses via batch upload or API. Syntax, domain, and mailbox checks. I like the pay-per-verify model for teams that only clean emails quarterly or before big campaigns. No annual contract required; buy credits as you go.

Why it ranks here

  • Pay-per-verify pricing is flexible for occasional use
  • Batch and API options
  • No annual contract required

Where it sits

  • Pay-as-you-go model provides more flexibility than BriteVerify's annual contracts
  • BriteVerify delivers faster real-time form verification
  • Simpler pricing and setup compared to ZeroBounce's risk-scoring complexity

How GTM Systems teams use it

  • Quarterly batch scans on Leads and Contacts before campaigns
  • Pre-import verification on CSVs before uploading to Salesforce
  • API integration for custom workflows (rare)
  • One-time cleanup after a list purchase or event upload

In-depth notes

  • Priced per verification; volume discounts on bulk purchases
  • Batch upload via web UI or API
  • No Salesforce native integration; export, verify, re-import
  • I use it when I do not need real-time and want to avoid annual contracts

Best for

Teams that need batch email verification quarterly or before campaigns without an annual contract

Avoid if

You need real-time verification on form submit (BriteVerify is better)

Learning guide

Beginner Time to value: 1-2 days to first batch verification

Setup

Create a NeverBounce account and purchase verification credits. Export your Lead and Contact email list from Salesforce as a CSV, then upload it to the NeverBounce web interface for batch processing.

First thing to build

Upload a CSV of 10,000 Contact emails to NeverBounce, wait for verification to complete, then download the results with a status column indicating valid, invalid, or risky. Import the status back into Salesforce and filter out invalids.

What actually matters

  • Credit purchase: pay-per-verify or bulk discounts
  • Verification depth: syntax only or full mailbox check
  • Result categorization: valid, invalid, catch-all, unknown
  • Export format: CSV with status column for re-import

Watch out

Catch-all domains return uncertain results; decide whether to keep or remove them based on your bounce-rate tolerance.
